Julien Studley (1927-2015) was a real estate broker and was the chairman of the New York Film Society. He served as chairman of the New School and developed the the Julien J. Studley Graduate Program in International Affairs.

Julien Studley has been a crucial benefactor and leader at the New School for the last thirty years. Like many refugee scholars who found a home at the New School, Studley left Europe as a young man and eventually found a home here as well. The New School created this tribute about him and his impact on the school.
